Black Friday Haul!

Hey everyone! I hope you dolls had an amazing thanksgiving break with family and friends. My thanksgiving consisted of cooking, dallas cowboys football, and Black Friday shopping!! Every year I go Black Friday shopping.. I love the thrill and of course the amazing deals. Here are some of the amazing things I scored.

Express

Express had a great sale going on where the whole store was 50% off including the sale items.  I got a chambray shirt and the black chiffon shirt with lace detail on the sleeves and bottom for $15 each!! The leopard blouse which I had been eyeing for a while was $22. I also picked up an anchor bracelet (delta gamma represent lol) that's not pictured.

Kendra Scott

I absolutely loveee Kendra Scott so when I heard they had 20% off storewide I was super excited. For myself I picked up the iridescent agate Danielle earrings from the aurora collection that I had been dying to get. I love the way the light hits them and how they almost glow. I picked up these beauties for $60 plus tax originally $75. The other two things I got are presents for my mom for her birthday and Christmas. I got her the rayne necklace in black and the Elle earrings in tigers eye.

Victoria's Secret
Victoria's Secret also had some great deals as they always do. I picked up these yoga leggings for $25 originally $34.50. I also bought some other items for gifts but because the people I bought them for might see this I can't post them. I spent over $75 so I got this super cute overnight black and pink sequin tote and the perfumes for free!! I love the quality of the bag and the perfumes are perfect to carry in my purse.

Sephora

Sephora always has some amazing "gifttopia" deals on Black Friday. I got all of these items for $10 each. I bought the shaving kits for my bf and one for my dad. The stila pallete and the sephora brushes are amazing and such a great deal!

Bath and Body Works

I usually buy a lot from Bath and Body Works on Black Friday but, I recently went and I had all I needed. I did buy this buttercream mint candle that was exclusive only for Black Friday. It's a 3 wick candle and was only $10. They are usually $20 and I figured you can never have too many candles! I also had a coupon for a free item with purchase so I picked up a body wash in winter candy apple (not pictured).

Target

Target always has some great deals but it was too crowded so I only picked up a few things. I got this oversized throw that is super soft for only $10 I love blankets  and I love the quality so this was perfect. I also picked up a few movies. I got The Hobbit for my bf for $6, Billy Madison for $2, and Life as we know it for $4.

Dillard's

Dillard's had an additional 50% off all sale items on Black Friday weekend. I picked up a few things here and there that are not pictured. These Butter London nail polish sets were a great deal at $10 each originally $24. I love these nail polishes and thought the colors were beautiful.

Forever 21

Forever 21 had scratch off coupons they were handing out at the door I received one that was 15% off. I purchased this grey chunky sweater for $12 plus an additional 15% off . It was a great deal and despite being from forever 21 it was great quality and soft. I can't wait to wear it with some leggings, boots, and a scarf.

Groopdealz

Groopdealz is one of my obsessions I shop from their site frequently. I loved this necklace the first time I saw it but they sold out quick and  I didn't get it. So when I saw it on Black Friday I had to get it. I got it with mine and my boyfriends initials (J❤️M). It was 12.99 plus an additional 10% off with a Black Friday  coupon. I can't wait to get mine in the mail!!

Urban Outfitters

So this is one of my favorite things I got on Black Friday weekend and this picture totally doesn't do it justice. Urban Outiftters was having an additional 50% all sale items but if you are a member of their club you got 60% off. Let's just say this dress was only $8!!!!!! It's by Lucca Couture and was originally $60. I love it so much and is perfect for my Vegas trip in January.

Groupon

I got this on groupon it was one of their Cyber Monday door buster deals. It's one of my favorite scents by Juicy Couture and I am almost out of it. The best thing is that it's not a perfume but a parfum which is more concentrated and lasts longer. With shipping and taxes I got it for $22!! An amazing deal and I can't wait to get it in the mail.

All in all I had a successful Black Friday. I purchased a few other things here and there but, these were the best deals out of my haul. I hope you enjoyed it and if you scored any great deals comment below!

Flower Childz Halos

Flower crowns/halos have been the buzz lately since many celebs have been wearing them not only at Coachella but just about everywhere. I have to admit I have a ton of them and I love them.  My favorite halos are from Flower Childz Halos the halos are not only cute but are priced a lot better than a lot of other places.  They also make great game day halos for college football or any of your favorite teams. Check out their facebook page for their designs and they often have giveaways. Let me know what you think!

My favorite uses for Coconut Oil

Hey all sorry I have been MIA my mom was out of town so I got house sitting duty. It was a long 10 days of taking care of the house and dogs but she's back now so I am able to blog again.

My favorite coconut oil is from Trader Joe's not only is it virgin and organic coconut oil but it is also a great price. At $5.99 for a 16 oz jar it is a steal and if you have ever used coconut oil this jar should last you for a really long time. Whole foods also has a great selection if you do not have a Trader Joe's near you.

One of my favorite uses for coconut oil is as moisturizer for my face and skin. It hydrates my skin just enough and I love the natural smell of coconut. Be careful not to use too much because it can make you feel greasy.

Another great beauty secret that I learned from a friend is that coconut oil can be great for using in dried up mascara. When your mascara starts to wear out and feel dry just put a tiny amount of coconut oil and it will revive your mascara. I recently used it on my YSL Mascara and it worked great! It is also a great lash serum to make your lashes grow and to make them healthier.

Coconut oil is also a great and healthy replacement for vegetable or canola oil and adds a great flavor as well. I especially love making omelettes using coconut oil or use it to saute veggies. Some people use it for baking but I have yet to try that.

If you have any different uses for coconut oil let me know by writing it below in the comments.

Favorite Fall Trends...so far

1. Forever21.com 2. Nastygal.com
I am loving leather for the fall. Leather boots, motorcycle and bomber jacket, and of course the leather or faux leather leggings. I love how you can dress up or dress down all these pieces to create great looks. You can pair leather leggings and skirts with a cute casual tee, blazer and heels to go out or just wear them with a tee and boots for a more casual look. Leather jackets can also be worn for a day look as pictures above from one of my favorite stores Nasty Gal or pair it with some colored jeans and heels to dress it up for a night out.

3. 3.1 Philip Lim for Target 4. Revolveclothing.com
I am loving the graphic and animal oversized sweatshirt for fall. I love the 3.1 Philip Lim for Target line, it's not only cute but won't break your bank account. This boom sweatshirt resembles one from his previous high end line that said Ka Pow but at only 29.99 it's a steal. This was one of the purchases I made when the line arrived at Target and I can't wait to wear it. I will be pairing the boom sweatshirt with some J Brand skinnies (my fav), a statement necklace, and some booties. I loved the way it was paired with a skirt that was featured on maistylespage Instagram and visit her blog because it is one of my favorites (maistylespage.com). I also love the new animal tees with the wolves and tigers they are so cute and versatile. Can be worn with anything really depending on the Style and look you are trying to achieve.

5. Express.com 6. Express.com
How can you not love leopard print. I am a lover of both leopard and cheetah print I just love it. When it comes to animal print a little goes a long way so it's important not to over-do it. I love both of these pieces from Express. I love cheetah and leopard scarfs I pair them with a nice button down shirt, some leggings and camel riding boots.. It's an easy and great look. If your looking for a little more cheetah try the cheetah blouse also from Express I love the skirt that it is paired with (also from express) but it can also be paired with some of your favorite skinnies and cute heels.

    7. Forever21.com 8. Reasonclothing.com

Graphic tees are one of my favorite things this fall. I love some of the ones I've seen that said Celine, yes land even the parody ones that say Celine Dion lol. I have seen many celebrities rocking those tees from Rihanna to Rob Kardashian they are what I call casual chic. I love the first one from forever21 they have lots of super chic and cheap graphic tees online and in stores I especially love the pre-rolled sleeves. The second one is for Reason Clothing who also sells the Celine Dion and Partier shirts. I have seen many celebrites rock this Homies tee and I just love it. Either of these tees would look great with leggings or skinnies (leather leggings would be perf) and a cute jacket or blazer. I love the graphic tees and I am sure you will too.

These are all just a few of my favorite looks. Check back for more and also coming soon I will be starting an Instagram which I will be posting more often then on the blog.
